These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, as well as purchases made through our online store. By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. ABOUT TG SHOP

TG Shop is the official online store for Tong Garden products in Malaysia.

Through our online store, customers may browse and purchase selected Tong Garden products, including nuts, seeds, dried fruits, snacks, biscuits and other food products made available from time to time.

Our product range, prices, promotions and availability may change without prior notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY & CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You may browse our website without creating an account. Certain features, promotions or membership benefits may require registration.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for activities conducted through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact us promptly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, improperly or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, ingredients, nutritional information, pack sizes and other information on our website.

However, product packaging, designs, colours and specifications may occasionally change. Images shown on the website are for illustration purposes and the actual product or packaging received may differ slightly.

Where there is any difference between information displayed online and information printed on the physical product packaging, customers should refer to the product packaging for the most current product information.

4. ALLERGEN & DIETARY INFORMATION

Some Tong Garden products contain or may be manufactured in facilities that handle common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, milk and other ingredients.

Customers with food allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should carefully review the ingredient and allergen information displayed on the product packaging before consumption.

If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for your dietary requirements, please contact our customer service team before consumption.

5. PRICING

All prices displayed on TG Shop are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless otherwise stated.

We endeavour to ensure that all prices displayed are accurate. However, pricing, promotional or technical errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we reserve the right to contact you to correct the order or cancel the affected item or order and provide an appropriate refund for any amount already paid.

Prices, discounts and promotions may differ between TG Shop, physical retailers, marketplaces and other sales channels.

6. PROMOTIONS, VOUCHERS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, discount codes, vouchers, free gifts and other promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes;
  • promotions are subject to availability;
  • minimum purchase requirements may apply;
  • free gifts are available while stocks last; and
  • promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend a promotion where there is an obvious error, system malfunction, suspected misuse or circumstances beyond
our reasonable control.

7. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order through TG Shop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we may send you an electronic acknowledgement confirming that your order has been received.

An order is subject to acceptance, payment verification, product availability and our ability to fulfil the order.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
  • payment cannot be verified;
  • we suspect fraudulent activity;
  • purchase quantities appear to be intended for unauthorised resale; or
  • the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method or another appropriate method.

8. PAYMENT

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information submitted is accurate and that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Orders may only be processed after payment has been successfully authorised or received.

9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout and payment have been completed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you regarding a replacement, partial fulfilment or refund, where appropriate.

10. DELIVERY

Delivery is available to eligible locations within Malaysia as specified on TG Shop.

Delivery fees, applicable free-delivery thresholds and estimated delivery times will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including public holidays, peak sales periods, weather conditions, courier delays and other operational disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

Additional charges may apply where an order needs to be re-delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided or where delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the recipient.

11. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order promptly upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, has missing items or has another product-related issue, please contact our customer service team as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

  • your order number;
  • details of the affected product;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • photographs of the product, packaging and/or delivery parcel where relevant.

This information allows us to investigate and resolve the matter efficiently.

12. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of food products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges arising solely from a change of mind after delivery.However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not correspond with your confirmed order, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection requirements, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, refund, store credit or another suitable remedy.

Any refund approved by TG Shop will generally be processed through the original payment method where practicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.

13. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered processing, packing or delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment has commenced.

14. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME

Customers participating in the TG Shop Membership Programme may receive benefits such as member pricing, rewards, vouchers, promotional offers or other benefits announced from time to time.

Membership benefits:

  • are intended for the registered member;
  • have no cash value unless expressly stated;
  • may be subject to validity periods and additional conditions; and
  • may be changed, suspended or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

Any specific Membership Programme Terms & Conditions published separately will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

15. WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, packaging designs, text, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Tong Garden or its related companies unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

"Tong Garden" and other brands displayed on this website are trademarks belonging to their respective owners.

16. ACCEPTABLE USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You agree not to misuse TG Shop or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

You must not use the website:

  • for fraudulent or unlawful activities;
  • to attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
  • to transmit malicious software or harmful code;
  • to collect information about other users without authorisation;
  • to abuse promotional offers or membership benefits; or

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
